Terms of Service

Welcome to Vitrin ("we", "us", "our"), a multi-tenant storefront platform operated by Intigam Guluzade. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The service

Vitrin lets you create one or more online storefronts at vetreen.online/<your-name> to display products, accept inquiries from customers, and manage your catalog. We do not process retail transactions between you and your customers — your customers contact you directly via the methods you publish (phone, WhatsApp, etc.).

2. Subscription and payment

• Access to Vitrin requires an active subscription. Pricing starts at $9.99/month for one storefront, +$4.99/month for each additional storefront. Prepaid plans (3/6/12 months) offer discounted monthly rates.
• Payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc., who acts as the Merchant of Record. Polar handles billing, sales tax, and refund processing on our behalf.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
• If a payment fails, your storefront(s) will continue working for 2 days. After that grace period, the storefront(s) will be disabled until payment resumes.

3. Your content and conduct

You retain ownership of the content you upload (product images, descriptions, business info). By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display that content as part of providing the service.

You may not use Vitrin to sell: illegal goods, counterfeit items, weapons, drugs, adult content, items that violate intellectual property rights of others, or anything that violates Azerbaijan or international law.

4. Account and security

You are responsible for the security of your password and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or experience occasional outages. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.

6. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vitrin and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard or email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
